Dear CountryFest USA Applicant:

The deadline for prior
CountryFest USA exhibitors to reclaim their outdoor exhibit space has passed and the initial phase of filling our outdoor exhibit space has been completed. We have only fifty (50) outdoor exhibit spaces that are available for new exhibitors, yet we have over 2,200 prominent enterprises on a waiting list "just for an application." Therefore, we are initiating a special mailing to the first five hundred vendors that requested to be placed on that waiting list.

Here's how it works:

The fifty (50) available spaces will be filled according to the postmark data of applications as they are received based upon a first come - first serve basis. However, if all fifty (50) spaces are not filled BY OR BEFORE JUNE 25, 2001, then we will open the door to the next 500 on our waiting list. In order for your application to be accepted, it must be completed with all appropriate forms and blanks filled out, along with your full payment enclosed. Applications that are deficient in these areas will not be accepted.

Once the fifty (50) spaces have been filled, we will be updating our waiting list with only those who maintain interest in becoming an outdoor exhibitor in CountryFest USA  at Tooele. Regardless of whether you return your application this year, the only way your name will be retained on the CountryFest USA - Tooele Outdoor Exhibit Waiting List for next year is by returning the enclosed OUTDOOR EXHIBIT WAIT LIST FORM to CountryFest USA at 3789 SOUTH 500 WEST, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84115. We hope that this process will condense our waiting list for next year to provide a greater opportunity for those enterprises wishing to join the CountryFest USA Music family.

Please remember to review your application to make sure that you have completed it entirely. In addition, do not forget to enclose your full payment. (Checks are to be made payable to ALEXAUSA) Applications and payments are to be mailed to CountryFest USA  at 3789 South 500 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, Attention: Pat Melfi.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Sincerely,
CountryFest USA
